In 2016, Chase assumed a new role as a Director in Company Operations, focusing on establishing and implementing objectives related to both growth (acquisitions & development) and strategy. Darmstadter, a Chicago native and avid traveler, also speaks fluent Spanish. Chase graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2013 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Organizational Development. His main responsibilities included overseeing employee recruitment and retention for all Paramount entities, management of workers’ compensation claims and compliance with employment law issues such as FMLA, FLSA, ADA, EEOC and more. Cox has built Paramount from the ground up with the utmost importance on aesthetically appealing, high quality of care nursing facilities.Ĭhase Darmstadter started with Paramount in August of 2014 as a Manager of “People Operations” in the Human Resources Department. James Cox, also a Nursing Home Administrator, started Paramount in 2004 as a result of his displeasure with the care being provided to the senior population. James’ professional experience includes a VP position in a Pittsburgh hospital as well as two VP of Operations roles, in which he ran Skilled Nursing Facilities on the east coast of the United States. After just two years of working in finance, he was drawn back to health care and returned to school to obtain a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Carnegie Mellon University. Cox achieved his Bachelor’s in Accounting with a minor in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh. He was initially introduced to the healthcare industry by working as an orderly in the emergency room in his early twenties. James “J” Cox is the owner and CEO of all Paramount Health Resources business entities.
